2010-2011 Chapter Officers and Directors

		Richard L. Sobine, CFE, LPA, CGFM, Chapter President, is an audit manager with WithumSmith+Brown certified public accountants located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Mr. Sobine is a past president and one of the original founding members of the Philadelphia Area Chapter.
		Carol A. Cagno, CFE, Chapter Vice President. Ms. Cagno is a Senior Investigator with the New Jersey office of Cahaba Safeguard Administrators, LLC.
		Madeline Cress, Chapter Treasurer, CFE, CIA, CFSA is an Audit Manager with De Lage Landen Financial Services in Wayne, PA where she is responsible for planning and executing operational, financial, and compliance audits, both internationally and domestically.
		Jon Cohen, Chapter Secretary, CFE, retired in 2007, following a 27 year career in law enforcement, with assignments at several federal, state and local agencies. He is a graduate of Temple University (Business Administration/Accounting) and received a Master's Degree in Leadership and Strategic Planning from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
		Robert Cohen, CPA, CFE, Chapter Director of Training, is the managing partner of his own certified public accounting firm in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania, and is the immediate past president of the Philadelphia Area Chapter.
		Heather L. Craden, CPA, CFE, CFF, CITP is a Senior Manager with SMART Business Advisory and Consulting, LLC in Philadelphia, PA, where she specializes in forensic accounting and litigation support services.
		Judith W. Spradley, CFE. Ms. Spradley, who has been a CFE since 1990, is a Special Investigator with Nationwide Insurance Company located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
		Dennis T. Zawacki, CFE. Mr. Zawacki is an Auditor with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia.
		David L. Ziegler, CFE, CFI, VSM is the President of his own investigative and security firm, Ziegler & Associates, Inc. in West Trenton, NJ. He has been a CFE since 1995 and is an active member of the Vidocq Society.
